So this amazing trend was started up a few hours ago, #WhyILoveABUAD, in response to the threat of negative publicity that tends to rear it's ugly head every once in a while. So here we are; ABUAD students showcasing the greatness that is ABUAD.
It's a tale that has been unsounded for far too long. Let me tell you, about the greatest ABUAD.
Where the electricity never ceases to impress. 24\7
Where you excel academically, and look GOOD doing it...
Where business is good, and you can make money as a student - Be your own CEO.
Where innovations are a constant, creativity is a state of mind, and greatness is an inbred discipline.
Where talents are nurtured, from whispers of a dream, and grown into grounded realities that echo across the globe.
Where winners come from. No debate. We just win.
Where the school is spectacularly photogenic.
Like honestly, I don't think you understand how good this school looks everywhere
Where First Class Libraries are the order of the day.
Where scholarship alerts are a regular thing when your CGPA is on point.
Where the Founder is always around, and seeing you, he can just give you money for reading in college. He's just nice like that. Honestly.
There's a lot more to tell, and once I get the opportunity to, I'll increase the list on here. Coming to this school 4 years ago I've discovered a lot about myself, and built a lot on myself here with the vast array of opportunities abounding in the university. Blogger. Model. Leader. Academic. Businessman. Innovator. Writer. Designer. Actor. Speaker.
[Also, to the person that came up with this hashtag trend, honestly - God Bless You. We all really should have done this sooner. You too are are truly one of the many reasons #WhyILoveABUAD.]

Cool. That was a very nice post, a better advert too. They should pay you for this. I wish I could come to abuad.so do you have any ideas on how i can cope with paying their fees as a 1st year engineering student. Scholarship opportunities, discounts, partial payments, anything

There are actually a lot of scholarship oportunities you can take advantage of - from the Oil Company scholarships (Total, Chevron, Agbami) hosted by Scholastica to others like the Jim Ovie Foundation scholarships etc.
The school also has a CGPA scholarship programme where you can be awardee different sums for different CGPA ranges, the highest being N500,000 for a 5.0 CGPA.
You'll get rewardd for excelling. The best part is, if you really deducate yourself to it then it won't be hard at all.
For academic help and, you can meet CMDA Academic Committee members for all sorts of helpful tips and tools on how to excel. They're really amazing.
