Review:
Today, introversion and extroversion are two of the most
exhaustively researched subjects in psychology - arousing the curiosity of hundreds
of scientists. In Quiet, Cain carefully analyzes the two types of personalities.
She defines introverts as 'People that are drawn to the inner world of thoughts
and feelings' and extroverts as 'People that are drawn to the external world of
people and activities'. It is passionately argued, impressively researched and filled with
indelible stories of real introverted people who ended up being extremely
successful innovators of our time.
