The Case - Chapter Ten (THE FINALE)

Chapter Ten

Raphael vs Raymond

Ralph was trained to do stuff like this. He could see Raymond ahead of him. The wind rushed past his face, as he sprinted along the deserted area in hot pursuit. Raymond wasn't as fast, and knew he was done for.

He had lost his weapon when he jumped through the window, and had a nasty cut on his left thigh. All he had was a knife stuck in his right boot. Ralph was so close when Raymond tumbled over, feigning fatigue.

Triolet 5: God is King

Triolet 5: God is King

God is King over Israel,
Ruling with justice and mercy;
The people boast, ‘Immanuel,
God is King over Israel…’
In Zion always will He dwell,
Guarding His people jealously
God is king over Israel,
Ruling with justice and mercy.

The Good Fight

"Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself... Always fight, until you can’t anymore, and then be fought for."

Recently I was pushed by someone to get off my butt and go about to do good work again. It's why you've been seeing articles regularly on the blog again  (**Hides Face**)

I had been trying to live a simple life. Just me, myself and I. No worries, no troubles, no stress. It didn't last long. It's not the person I am, I guess. It seems I'm more like peppered fire than a calm scented breeze.

Being Female In Nigeria

A  topic started showing up recently, which I think would be amazing if we looked at it seriously - and helped it gain the recognition it deserves. Many of you may have heard of it, and most of you will actually be affected by it. You may already know it, the trend

#BeingFemaleInNigeria

This hashtag, currently trending on twitter highlights the various socioethical and various other injustices visited on women, mentally, physically or otherwise throughout the country Nigeria, As many of who already live here know, the country is more or less especially patriarchal in nature. Everything mostly seems to revolve around "THE MAN". The man is everything. The man is all that matters,

*Do you have children?  Yes? --->Great

*Are any male?
Yes - Good for you
No - Oh sorry.....don't worry, we will still take care of your inheritance for you.
