The Economy of Dreams
"Knowledge will enrich you, but only action will turn it into riches."
- Darren Hardy
Many of us have side hobbies which we do to
engage ourselves, not just for enjoyment - in and of itself, but also fulfillment.
We dream of being actors, being music artistes, painters, writers, racecar
drivers, astronauts or even the most popular - doctors and lawyers.
But how many of us choose to follow our
dreams and become what we want to be?

WHAT THE RICH DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT MONEY
By Ndu-okeke Michael
Like
all typical Nigerian parents will say, “study hard so you can get good grades
and a good job afterwards”; Most of us
grew up with the notion that a good job after school is the key to the good
life we have always dreamt of.

The Killing Expectations – Romance
I strongly disagree with the picture up above. This is the
kind of thing that gets relationships, that could have been great, messed up and
destroyed. Communication is a two-way process. The phone works
BOTH ways. If he refuses to call, then
you should try to…. Don’t go giving up on a relationship because of pride.
Pride is good for absolutely NOTHING but killing. It will kill your friendship,
it will kill your relationships, it WILL kill your connections.

Online Advice
Ever do a google (or for reason i possibly cannot grasp - yahoo) search for something you needed help figuring out?
- Doing homework?
- Fixing a computer?
- Buying a new phone?
- Talking to girls?
I'm sure you've not only searched for help
in SOMETHING, but also seen ridiculous questions and articles. You've most
likely even seen a lot of useful ones too. Ones you may have never thought to
look up but checked up anyway because it drew you - Maybe out of curiousity,
maybe out of interest, maybe out of need or even anger.
The problem however, lies in the seemingly
helpful articles that could either give you bad advice or give advice that turns out to be counterproductive.

How To Choose Happiness: The Simple Things
"You can look ahead to happiness, and you can look back
on it, but it's so hard to notice it to your left or right."
- Robert Brault
The simple things. Those are the things
that really matter in the the end once you think about it.
Happiness is something we all dearly crave.
Even as babies, the intrinsic yearning shows in the longing for comfort. Food.
Warmth. Closeness. Peace. Love. The little things are all a baby requires to be
happy. To have its eyes crinkle and shine, like stars dancing with joy.
"What ARE the simple things?" you
may wonder. What do they do. In relation to its referring term the "simple
things" are just that. Simple.
Love.
Air.
Light.

Things to Avoid doing in the New Year: The Top Ten Lies People Tell
This is a compilation of the top ten lies people tell, collated from various sources and after multiple processes of investigation and research. (If you check carefully enough, you'll see that that's a lie too :P. I just collected them based on personal views and opinions, no research done.....or was there? )
This article however is actually an original typed piece. Please don't copy this :|. Just refer it :D Have fun though....

1. I Don't Lie
I'm sure you've said this one once or twice in your life, you may even be among the few of us that say it a LOT even, but seriously though? "No more paradoxicals" is the way to go for his new year.
2. I'll Be Done In..... Minutes
So many people say this that it's become ridiculously overplayed and overused. Anyone saying this knows it's a lie, and anyone hearing it ALSO knows that it's a lie. Funny thing? It's almost always never meant to be a lie. We just usually tend to either overestimate our abilities or underestimate the circumstanced delaying us. I's not so much of a lie - than it is an "erroneous statement".
3. I'm Fine
People say this one a lot. To avoid complicating a discussion, or to avoid starting one with someone you're not interested in talking to at that moment, or other reasons here and there that seemingly justify the lie in their minds, even though it's subconsciously let out, but really - It's not justifiable, only excusable. There's a difference.
