The five types of Christmas experience (In Nigeria)

So Christmas is coming up soon, and most of you are already wearily dreading the same old routine as usual, year after year after year, that you're used to. Ever wondered what Christmas is lie for other families? Ever wondered what could be lying in the world of Christmas present - outside that of your own? Look no further, the expatiation of it all is here.

BTW: For those of you who aren't feeling the Christmas Spirit or don;t understand what it;s all really about. heres a very nice short poem that will positively, and absolutely BLOW YOUR MIND....and NO. I don;t mean it'll kill you biko.---> http://thelifeandsayings.blogspot.com/2014/12/the-spirit-of-christmas.html

Trust me. You will NOT EVER regret checking it out ;). One Love. Jam Jam.

1. When you entertain the whole village
You know...when everybody decides that your house has suddenly become the best eatery around. Better yet? The food is free. They just cannot resist it. Joyful times :|
You've become the breadgiver (or in the childrens' case - the breadserver) for everyone around for miles and miles....

2. When the whole village entertains you
When you decide that you don't want to spend your own money or eat your own food, you know that hot tasty meal is just a few footsteps across into the other compounds around. You go about ever searching for the next hot meal.

3. Relaxing home with the familia
This isn't as uncommon as you would think. Some families spend their Christmases all by themselves having fun and joyful times, making memories and videos, opening presents and staying unburdened by societal regards towards the great feasts.

4. Christmas in solitude
When you're all alone with nobody else either in the house or in your life. Gets a lil lonely in these times. Nobody to cook but you, lack of presence in the house. You either deliberately out yourself into this for some peace and quiet, or you lost out on family and friendly connections to use for the Christmas period. Sound familiar?

5. Christmas I'm search-itude
This is very similar to the "Christmas in Solitude" experience except that in this situation, you;re mobile and searching for these connections you lack at the time.It could be in a bar, at a friend's house, on the street or somewhere else. You're just down and out....searching for a lil Christmas love...

Okay, so this will probably be my last post for the year, at least on this blog anyway ;) . I pormise that you guys will have more stuff to read up on next year, Ideas and motivation abound :D

Thanks for coming here :)
Love, Stars and Jam
