The Good Fight

"Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself... Always fight, until you can’t anymore, and then be fought for."

Recently I was pushed by someone to get off my butt and go about to do good work again. It's why you've been seeing articles regularly on the blog again  (**Hides Face**)

I had been trying to live a simple life. Just me, myself and I. No worries, no troubles, no stress. It didn't last long. It's not the person I am, I guess. It seems I'm more like peppered fire than a calm scented breeze.

 The thing is. I had been surrounded by tons of negativity that it had steadily got more and more depressing. It was far from funny. But I was looking at the wrong picture. People will get negative no matter what you do, or how hard you try. It's also the negative people who tend to have the loudest voice. It's okay if they do. They have a right to their opinions, and sometimes they will never understand - but it should never stop you from doing what you believe in.


It's okay...

You can be the positive voice. You can be the pillar and you can be the rallying cry. You can't always wait for people to do the right thing or help you out. You can't always wait for something good to start up - it may never happen. You must choose to be the difference in the world because sometimes nobody else will. So go on. Go hard. Go well. Never give up on your ideals or your dreams. You need to fight the GOOD FIGHT. It's not about a fight for righteousness. It's about a fight for purpose.

Because if you don't stand for something, you just might fall for anything....
