Top 20 cartoons from your childhood

Do you remember the sweet old days when you could just hang in front of a TV for the whole day and watch your fill of colored 2-dimensional creatures of all types of design?

Well, we do. We'd like to help you remember too - for those of us 90's kids anyway. All those awesome cartoons that are never shown anymore, and that our children may sadly never get to watch. Sometimes nostalgia is worth it, so here we are with a piping hot dish of it. Let's roll back the years and remember what we once feasted eyes on...

Are your favourite cartoons here? Is there anyone named here that you never had the chance to watch? Well, OUR favourites include...

1. Samurai Jack
Epic storytelling everywhere. This was the littest thing since sliced bread

2. Kim Possible
Because everything is possible

3. The Powerpuff Girls
To prove that girls are every bit as awesome as boys are. This was the real deal.

4. Dexters laboratory
Remember DeeDee? Dexter does.

5. Danny Phantom
The only ghost story that didn't actually scare you.

6. Courage The Cowardly Dog
So many levels of feelings were touched by this show...

7. Fairly Oddparents
Because apparently, magic just needed to be weirder....

8. Ed, Edd n Eddy
Did they ever get those jawbreakers?...
Let's all contribute money and buy them oneπŸ˜ƒ

9. The Cramp Twins
If you ever wanted a twin, this show quickly hit you with reality slaps.

10. Codename: Kids Next Door
Exploring kids' imaginations had never been so vivid and powerful.

11. Ben 10
Because transformations are cool. I mean... who doesn't want to transform and have superpowers?

12. Johnny Bravo
All the stereotypes of fine stupid boys in one tight black t-shirt.

13. The Grim adventures of Billy & Mandy
Because little girls can apparently conquer death. Evil, sadistic, dark hearted little girls - but whatever right?

14. Megas XLR
Their theme song was just awesome. ♫ I. DIG. GI-ANT. ROBOTS.

15. Avatar: The Last Airbender
Just awesooooome. Bald headed 110 year old boy saves the world. It gets weirder, trust me.

16. Hey, Arnold!
This guys' football head was something else entirely. How did they give birth to him? So painful...

17. Rugrats
This show will make you forever suspect babies now. Trust no-one.

18. Scooby-Doo, Where are you!
You have to wonder if Shaggy was a weed smoker though....

19. Recess
An amazing exploration of the generations of kids, adults and school hierarchies...
The power struggle between cliques here was deep.
Watch it!!

20. Tom and Jerry
Because any list about good cartoons would be ridiculously incomplete without this classic gem.

Are there any cartoons you believe we should have added to this list? Let us know below, and don't forget to place a comment mentioning which cartoon was your favourite, or touched your heart in all the right places.

For just a moment, let's bring back yesterdays joys. Bring back your childhood - if only just for a few seconds in time; It was a great time wasn't it?.
