Top 10 things every 100 level ABUAD student needs to know

1. Choose your friends carefully

The friends you choose would either finish happily and successfully with you or ruin you. Choose them wisely (Especially the ones that love sharwama😉🙃)

2. How to handle Congresses

If you are going for it go. Otherwise do not hang around aimlessly except you are actually looking for who to send you there. Most important if you are not going, stash your gadgets safely.


3. Get to class Early

Regardless of the time you wake up, try to get to class on time. Avoid missing those evil impromptu 5-marks quizzes



4. Be a ninja

Lines. Ugh!! Sometimes there aren't even any "lines" to enter into.. you can get chanced a lot. Cafeterias and ATM lines are the worst!! Especially at busy times, so learn to get crafty and swift.



5. How to sly and deal with slys' 
               

Hanging out with friends can be awesome. But apparently those friends have other friends, and slying can be quite the irresistible regular trend. So knowing how to sly, and also how to avoid being slyed is an awesome skill we all need. Be it classes or dates. Yes, you can even be superslyed!!



6. Get your assignment submitted on time!!

Some lecturers love assignments, and apparently; the ABUAD LMS and their email accounts. Learn to do them early and submit long before the deadline, because you may have to deal with bad networks and late submissions most times. Goodluck.



7. Wahab

I, personally, am not going to describe this person in my own words - but simply know to avoid him and have your fun. Mind the curfews and avoid trouble.



8. Do the colour code

Ahhh. Blue, Red,Green, Yellow, White and black, cream - or whatever your colour code may be, wear it oooo. It is important to maintain that good mood you woke up in the morning with. Rep your college well, but not necessarily like our friend above. Don't forget to slay in your own way



9. Roommates are the keys

Roommates can become family, or nuisances, or even become your best friends. Try to make the most of your time with them - be peaceful and fun.



10. Make memories

Very important😉 - This is the time you'll meet all sorts of people. Get wild, be happy, go on adventures and discover new things. Make the most and best of it everyday.
