Why Processes?

[2 min read]
Happy New Month, its June already, how time flies... So from the last post we started a conversation on processes, dig in and have a great read๐Ÿ˜Ž

We all love a glass of good grape wine, or orange juice. I mean, who wouldn’t love well made watermelon juice? (I know there are people, but you get the point). You and I, enjoy the finished product - but would readily run to avoid working through the process. We have been trained from a young age to love finished products (ain’t nothing wrong with that). But with the love for "finished products", sadly came along the intolerance for the processes behind them.

The benefits of a process are seen in its product, and likewise, the glory of a product is in its process.

There are brands in our world today with pride in the process that their products undertake. The priciest products in the market these days - be it in fashion, mechanics, automobiles, food etc, are all products whose processes of production are seen/said to be "top notch". I recently saw a billboard advert of a drink, that highlighted that the particular beverage had about 250+ checks. Really, just one bottle? But it's true!

We would pay more for businesses and products that highlight proper processing. I mean it isn’t rocket science to understand why we would pay more for a product with better processing. Let me breakdown the reasons why;

1. Thoughtfulness in production
2. Attention to details
3. Proper process = less impurities

For THE BEST products and services, we would break the bank to get that 'something' that is "worth it". And I have one question for you, my highly esteemed reader ( I promise - you are highly highly esteemed), If processes are so highly priced, valued and "worth it", why are you rushing your own "process"?

Let me know in the comments section why you think we as human beings, tend to rush our "processes".
